Terms & Conditions

Fees

• Fees paid annually are non refundable 
• Fees paid monthly are non refundable 
• Your fee payment entitles you to two coaching sessions per calendar month each lasting one hour plus one hour of email support per calendar month unless otherwise agreed directly with Benjamin Porter-Smith. If you do not attend or book your sessions you will not be entitled to any refunds nor will the sessions rollover to the following month
• Monthly fees will be charged via Direct Debit on the same day of the month from when your direct debit was initiated. For example, if you pay your first invoice on June 13th, your next invoice will be charged on July 13th or very near that date
• Annual fees will be charged once yearly and can be completed by bank transfer

Cancellation

• Monthly fees: If you would like to cancel your business coaching you must provide 30 days written notice to: ben@vikingcoaching.co.uk If your next billing date falls within the 30 day cancellation window you will be charged one months worth of fees. 
• Annual fees: If you would like to cancel your business coaching after paying your annual fees you must provide written notice to: ben@vikingcoaching.co.uk No refunds will be given for annual payments. 

Rescheduling of sessions

• I will do my best to accommodate the rescheduling of sessions if necessary, however this is not always possible. If your rescheduled session happens to fall into the next billing month, no refunds or session rollovers will be given.
